You have the product(s) you ordered shipped to one of our warehouses in China. Alternatively, we can also pick up the shipment from its warehouse or supplier.
Once the shipment arrives at the warehouse, we check it for any damages or product defects before sending it your way. If necessary, add additional packing, including a crate (this has to be paid for separately).
Each shipment receives its own unique tracking number and is consolidated with other shipments. Depending on the shipping option you have chosen, the goods are sent directly to the U.S. by air, or are sent to customs in a van or truck.
Your shipments are met at the border by our customs experts, who will shepherd your goods through the clearance process.
After your goods pass customs, they are shipped to the United States and delivered to customers to the address provided in their order. You won’t have to go anywhere to retrieve your shipment, we’ll deliver it to your door.
